1. Services

Garage Guys provides garage cleanout, junk removal, and related hauling services. The specific services, pricing, and timing will be agreed upon at the in-person appointment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided are based on the information given at the time of booking. If the scope of work changes (extra items, hazardous materials, or additional labor), pricing may be adjusted with your approval before work continues.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and many approved digital payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Although not required, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

5. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the items scheduled for removal. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine conditions are unsafe for our crew.

6. Items We Cannot Remove

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove hazardous waste, certain chemicals, or any items prohibited by local law. Please let us know in advance if you have items of concern.

7. Liability

While we take great care when working on your property, Garage Guys is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not clearly marked for removal.

8. Privacy

Your contact information will only be used for communication regarding your service and follow-up unless you opt in for marketing communications.

9. Changes to These Terms

Garage Guys may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
